Refund policy



Our right of return is valid for 14 days. If your purchase is more than 14 days old, we can Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and the item must be in the original, undamaged packaging and it must not be damaged or soiled.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

We are a small company and want to keep the carbon footprint of our products as small as possible. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that you have to bear the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself and we not take over this. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you return an item worth more than €75, you should consider a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item received items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale Items
Refunds can only be given for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive one when you return the item Voucher in the amount of the purchase value. A voucher will be emailed to you once we have received the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver, and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.
