Why did I find your products at a different retailer much cheaper?
These websites are fraudulent and only pretend to sell our products. We try to have these websites blocked or to take legal action against them. Unfortunately, the operators and servers are often in other EU countries and it is difficult to prosecute them legally.
Where do your products come from?
Almost all of our products come from Germany. However, some components such as cables also come from Asia. The reason is that there are unfortunately no factories for these components in the EU.

Suction cup lamp
How long does the battery of the suction cup light last?
The runtime is heavily dependent on the brightness level set. When fully charged, the battery lasts around 6 hours at the maximum brightness level and around 240 hours at the lowest level. However, the battery life can also be affected by external influences such as the ambient temperature.
How do I recharge the suction cup light?
Use the included charging cable and a USB-A power adapter of your choice. Just make sure it outputs 5V and 2A. This information is printed on the power adapter.
When you plug in your light to charge, a red light will glow in the center of the suction cup. Once the light is fully charged, this light will turn green.
My lamp's battery doesn't last as long as it used to. What can I do?
This is normal. Over time, the capacity of any battery will decrease. Make sure that you charge and use your light regularly so that the maximum capacity of the battery is maintained for longer.

My light gets warm when charging or when in use. Is that normal?
Yes. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal for parts of the lamp to heat up during use.
My power adapter gets warm when charging. Is that normal?
Yes. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal for the power adapter to heat up during use.
Can I also use my light stationary and connect it to the power grid?
You can operate the Neozoon light using the supplied cable. So you can also use it stationary.
Can I also use my lamp outside?
The Neozoon lamp was developed for use in the home. If you want to use it outside, please note that it is not waterproof and small particles may get into the light and damage it.

To which surfaces can I attach the suction cup of the lamp?
Unfortunately, there is no general answer to this. As a general rule, the smoother and cleaner the surface, the better the grip. The light sticks best to glass, mirrors, plastic, metal and painted surfaces. However, it can also be fixed to wood, leather or other surfaces.
Just try it out a bit and you will quickly get a feeling for which places in your home are best suited.< /p>
What can happen if my lamp falls down?
The Neozoon light is designed and the material of the housing was selected in such a way that the light can withstand the occasional fall. Please be careful anyway. A fall from a great height onto a hard surface such as concrete can damage the electronics or the lamp housing. Check the hold of the light as indicated in the instructions for use and check the light regularly to be on the safe side.
Also clean the inside of the suction cup regularly to ensure an optimal hold.
My lamp is broken or I don't like it anymore. What can I do?
We're sorry about that.
For your own safety, stop using your lamp for the time being and keep it safe.

How long does the suction cup stay attached?
It depends on the surface you have attached your light to. If it's very smooth and clean, your lamp should last for several weeks.
Make sure you have the best grip and that the inside of the suction cup is free of dirt and dust.

Plastic surfaces: Clean regularly with a dry, clean and lint-free microfibre cloth.
Metal surfaces:
Regularly with a dry, clean and lint-free microfiber cloth.
Silicone surfaces:
Clean regularly with a slightly damp, clean, lint-free microfiber cloth. Then carefully pat the cleaned surfaces dry with a dry, lint-free cloth.
Textiles:
Follow the washing and care instructions attached to the products .
Repair
At the moment it is not possible to repair the Neozoon lamp yourself. However, we are working on creating instructions and implementing a system for returning the old parts.
But you can send us your lamp and we will repair or replace it. You can find details here.

Please do not dispose of electronic devices in the household waste!
