Care, Recycling and Repair

So that you can enjoy our products for as long as possible, we have put together a few tips for optimal care for you.

Because although we manufacture durable, high-quality products, we have no illusions that they might break. In this case, you will find some information here so that our products can be returned to the material cycle in the best possible way.

You will also get some tips and help for repairing our products.

Care

Plastic and metal surfaces: Clean dry with a lint-free microfibre cloth. Do not use cleaning agents!

Silicone parts: Clean dry with a lint-free microfibre cloth. Clean the inside of the suction cup regularly with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, otherwise the holding power of the suction cup may be limited. Gently pat the suction cup dry after cleaning. Do not use cleaning agents!

Textiles: Ideally clean with lukewarm water, do not use soap. Detailed cleaning instructions can be found on the respective product.

Products with rechargeable batteries: Please charge these products regularly and use them regularly. This can significantly extend the life of the battery.

Repair & Return

At the moment we do not offer spare parts for self-repair of our products, but we are working on it. However, we are happy to repair your product for you or, if necessary, take it back for a credit note. If you wish to return a product for repair or return, please follow the steps below.

Repair:

1. It is best to take several photos that clearly show the product and the damage.

2. Write an email with the subject: "Repair" to "repair_and_return@neozoon.store". Please write your name and address in the email and describe the damage as well as possible.

3. Attach the photos to the email and send them off.

4. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. However, please note that we are a small team and it may be a while before you hear from us. We process all inquiries in turn and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Return:

1. It is best to take several photos that clearly show the product.

2. Write an email with the subject: "Return" to "repair_and_return@neozoon.store". Please write your name and address in the e-mail and describe possible signs of use on your product in detail and honestly.

3. Attach the photos to the email and send them off.

4. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps and will let you know how much credit you can get from us for your product. However, please note that we are a small team and it may be a while before you hear from us. We will process all inquiries in turn and get back to you as soon as possible.

Recycling

Products exclusively made of plastic: Please dispose of these products in the yellow bag (Germany). If this is not possible for you, please inquire about the local guidelines and regulations for waste separation and recycling.

Products made exclusively of metal: Please dispose of these products at the recycling center. If this is not possible for you, please inquire about local guidelines and regulations for waste sorting and recycling.

Multi-material products: We design our products to can be easily broken down into its individual components. If it is possible for you and the products do not contain any electronics, please separate them into the individual materials and dispose of them properly.

Products with electronics: Never dispose of these products in the household waste! There are separate collection points for old electrical equipment and batteries, e.g. at recycling centers. Alternatively, you can also contact us and we will take back your used product free of charge (details in the upper text block).
